What to expect...

Your journey with Think-In-Space begins with an informal, flexible introductory session, led by you in a neutral setting of your choice which includes:

  1. A chance to build rapport and find out if this type of coaching is for you.
  2. Discussing any boundaries and code of ethics.
  3. Explaining what you would like to get out of any available coaching sessions.
  4. Initialising a record/review of any progress made.
  5. Agree on any self help exercises, if relevant, through discussion/Q and A.
  6. Afterthoughts and followup if required.
